Jan. 1975 Honda Kogyo Co., Ltd. was established. Started maintenance business (Mainly cleaning) of Nissan Motor Kyushu Factory.
Feb. 1983 Honda Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in Yokohama. Started the draft translation for Nissan Motor Technical Center.
Jan. 1986 Opened Tokyo Office. Started editing servicing instruction and mailing advertising material of Nissan Koei.
Jun. 1987 Keiichi Honda was appointed as CEO because the founder Tomeo Honda had passed away.
Oct. 1987 Changed the company's name to 'Homak Co., Ltd.' due to the operational reforms of Honda Machinery.
Sep. 1988 Opened Shinbashi Office and took over the work of Plus-One Planning Co., Ltd.
Nov. 1988 Changed the company's name to 'HEADS Co., Ltd.' by consolidating Honda Kogyo and Homak. Opened Kyushu Department and Tokyo Department.
Jun. 1991 Set up Manufacture Division in Kyushu Dept.
Apr. 1992 Opened Information System Kitakyushu Office. Started programming computer soft.
Oct. 1992 Moved Yokohama Design office to the main office and consolidated the Design Div. and the Manufacture Div. Set up System Design Section in Kyushu Dept.
Apr. 1993 Moved Information System Sec. from Kitakyushu Office to the main office.

Apr. 1995 Started developing motor control products.
Jun. 1996 Consolidated Information System Sec. to System Design Sec. Expanded the business from computer soft development to motor control products and looked to the reinforcement of power saving devices and motor control products.
Jan. 1998 Set up Production Development Preparation Room in Kyushu Dept. Strengthened the development of motor control products and new items.
Apr. 1998 Started welfare equipment development projects.
Oct. 1999 Started developing high efficiency, small, and lightweight arc welder.
Apr. 2000 Moved Tokyo Dept. to Musashimurayama city.

Apr. 2000 Development of wheelchair running safe system was certified for welfare equipment development aid of NEDO.
Aug. 2000 Wheelchair running safe system which had been under the prototype development received Excellence Award in the welfare equipment contest of Rehabilitation Engineering Society of JAPAN.
Jan. 2001 Consolidated System Design Sec. and Production Development Preparation Room and set up HICS Department. Strengthened promoting company's original products.
Mar. 2001 With the development aid of NEDO, the development of wheelchair running safe system was succeeded. Started the commercialization.
Jun. 2001 Succeeded in developing high efficiency, small, and lightweight arc welder and started selling.
Jan. 2003 Started selling small battery welder 'NANOARC 5500'.
Jan, 2006 Started selling 'NANOARC 6000' the succession machine of 'NANOARC 5500'.
